The Pearl will host a free concert by The Piatigorsky Foundation at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18. 

Featuring Evan Drachman on cello and Efi Hackmey on piano, the one-hour concert may include pieces such as “Fantasiestuke Op 73 for piano and cello” by Robert Schumann, Beethoven’s “Sonata in A Major Op 69 for cello and piano,” and Prayer “From Jewish Life” No. 1 by Ernest Bloch.

Evan Drachman is founder and artistic director of The Piatigorsky Foundation, created in honor of his grandfather, Gregor Piatigorsky. Piatigorsky believed deeply in the healing and inspirational power of classical music. The Foundation is committed to carrying on his mission by evoking cultural curiosity through educational and accessible live performances.
