Introduce your child to the wonder of reading and instill a love of books at an early age. Storybook Theatre combines your favorite childhood books with songs, rhymes and fingerplays which are meant to promote early literacy and enhance language development.

Storybook Theatre, Friday, November 14th at 11am presents “All the Wonderful Ways to Read” by Laura Baker. It’s Picture Book Month, and this fun story encourages children to read anything anywhere! Connecting with books can transport us to new places and adventures.

Storybook Theatre, Friday, November 21st at 11am presents “Bear Says Thanks” by Karma Wilson. As a way to say “thanks,” Bear hosts a feast for his friends, who all bring yummy food to share. However, Bear discovers that his cupboards are empty! What can he do?

Storybook Theatre, Friday, November 28th at 11am presents “Fry Bread: A Native American Family Story” by Kevin Noble Maillard. This story introduces us to a modern Native American family and their traditions and shows how fry bread brings families together for meals, connections, and memories.
