Central Library: Children's Trick or Treat Parade

Join us at Central Library for a not-so-scary Trick or Treat Parade throughout the whole branch! Bring your own candy bag, or you can decorate a paper bag in the Children's Department before the parade.
No weapons, scary masks, or violent costumes allowed.
Ages 0-12 with an adult caregiver 18 or older.
