Lately I’ve been on the lookout for sweet baby finds that make your life easier and your baby’s world a little more colorful. Well, I just got my hands on the Cutest. Little. Toy. Ever. And I’ve gotta share!
This Hanging Vegetable Plush Toy Set availabled here on Amazon is technically marketed as a crib or stroller toy, but it's so versatile and adorable that I’d call it an all-around sensory superstar for babies 0–12 months. It features hanging plush veggies (cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, tomato, and eggplant) and each one has its own little charm. One rattles, another crinkles, there's a squeaky Bibi sound, and they all include a soft, chewable teether.

Let’s talk quality. The fabric is plush and gentle against baby’s skin (yay for no scratchy polyester!), and it’s filled with hypoallergenic cotton, which makes this a great pick for even the most sensitive babes. The teethers are made from food-grade material (safe enough for those drooly little mouths), and the whole toy is washable and fade-resistant.
Now here’s a personal note. Even though it’s labeled as a crib toy, I’d personally skip using it in the crib just to avoid any nighttime hazards. Instead, toss it in your diaper bag and clip it to the stroller for those walks at Northshore Park or quick Target runs. It even comes with four sturdy shark clips and hanging loops so you can easily attach the veggies individually to a car seat, cradle, or play gym -- however you roll!
What I really love:
The bright, high-contrast colors and variety of textures really support sensory exploration. Your baby can practice grasping, pulling, chewing, and shaking -- all the fun things that help build early coordination. Plus, the veggies are just so cute (and kind of make me want to eat healthier, ha!).
WoodlandsMommy Editor’s Final Thoughts:
If you're shopping for a baby shower gift, a holiday surprise, or a little something to keep your own little one entertained during errands, this set is a total win. Cute, engaging, and developmentally smart!
💚8/10 recommend! (I’m taking away two points because it’s marketed as a crib toy, but I’m very cognizant of the dangers of using hanging toys in and around a crib, and I just want to bring this to your attention! Here's the WoodlandsMommy.com Affiliate link if you'd like to purchase this on Amazon!
