There's something magical about stumbling upon a Little Free Library tucked into a neighborhood. These tiny book boxes operate on a simple idea: Take a book. Leave a book. One of my favorite ideas this summer is to grab a boba tea with my preteen and head out on our own Little Free Library treasure hunt. We have a growing stack of books at home that deserve new readers. I usually donate them to our public library, but this time we're planning to leave as many as we can in neighborhood Little Free Libraries while discovering new ones along the way. It turns cleaning out our bookshelves into a fun adventure, and who knows what treasures we'll discover in return!
