North Italia Unveils New Menu Items for the Season

North Italia has just launched its new seasonal menu, featuring fresh, chef-driven dishes, updated favorites, and a lineup of creative cocktails at its Houston-area locations (including The Woodlands). It’s available for both dine-in and takeout.

For a limited time, they’re also offering a two-course prix fixe lunch and brunch menu for just $25—a great option if you’ve been wanting to try something new without a big splurge. This special runs May 11–31, daily from open to 4PM (dine-in only), and includes a selection of standout small plates and entrées from the new menu.

Here are a few items that caught our eye:

Standout New Dishes Include:

  • Kale & Goat Cheese – fresh strawberry, avocado, broccolini, campari nuts, herb breadcrumb, poppyseed vinaigrette
  • Grilled Steak Panzanella (lunch & dinner only)  charred ciabatta, heirloom tomato, green bean, red onion, cucumber, egg, roasted shallot vinaigrette

  • Agnolotti Al Pomodoro  ricotta, pecorino, simple tomato sauce, basil
  • Seasonal Chef’s Board – stracciatella, truffle honey, red wine glazed figs, marinated olives, giardiniera, campari nuts, pecorino toscano, prosciuttio di parma, speck, hearth bread

Seasonal Updates Include:

  • Banana Caramel Butter Cake– served with house-made caramel sauce, fresh banana slices, a scoop of vanilla gelato and vanilla wafer crumble on top
  • Heirloom Tomato Burrata – grilled bread, stracciatella, pesto, heirloom tomatoes, grilled piquillo peppers, Calabrian vinaigrette, kosher salt, Aleppo pepper, fennel pollen, arugula, micro planed pecorino Romano

  • House Focaccia – Sicilian pistachio pesto, whipped ricotta, or house bomba sauce

New Sips Include:

  • Sole Toscano (available at happy hour)  made with lalo blanco, luxardo del santo, fennel, cucumber, and lime
  • Donatella – mixed with gunpowder fig gin, luxardo bianco, grapefruit, honey, lemon
  • Don Giorgio – crafted with stranahan’s whiskey, mango, italian orange, lemon, ginger
