Uptown Cheapskate | two locations, The Woodlands & Spring – If your thrift mood calls for colorful clothing racks and a bright atmosphere, roll on over to Uptown Cheapskate! I’ve gotten some cute and cheap finds at both locations, and they don’t seem to skimp on their name brand selections.

Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop | The Woodlands – More than just your typical outfit hub, this shop has a wide assortment of goodies! From prom attire and purses to home décor and books, Interfaith is your all-in-one hotspot for an extended thrift session.
Once Upon a Child | Shenandoah – This one is just for the kids! And baby, they’ve got clothes galore, so swing on by to style your child in adorably fresh outfits.
*Once Upon a Child is in the same plaza as Plato’s Closet and Style Encore, so you can easily hit up all three in a single outing.
Plato’s Closet | Shenandoah – Let’s just say, Plato has a huge closet. You’re bound to find something every family member loves at this location, whether it’s gym wear, sweatshirts, dresses, sneakers, or something else. Many thrift stores tend to highlight women’s attire, which is why I’m grateful this one also has a wide selection of men’s clothes!
Goodwill | The Woodlands – Blue jeans, maxis, blouses, and more… it’s easy to see why Goodwill has been serving The Woodlands for so many years. Earlier this year, my husband needed to quickly find a suit for an event, and he was able to snag one from here that was inexpensive but stylish and in excellent condition.
Style Encore | Shenandoah – Looking for some frugal fashion? Style Encore has a vibrant collection of clothes and purses that’ll keep you occupied for a good while. With its clean spaces, chic apparel, and chill environment, you’ll want to check this stop off your list!
Kid to Kid | The Woodlands – Last up is a longtime favorite of ours! Kid to Kid has not only clothes but also sections dedicated to books, toys, and strollers, as well as an extensive wall of shoes. There’s even a little pink door for kids to walk through at the front of the store!
