Now you can experience THE SOUND OF MUSIC live when this beloved musical comes to The Hobby Center in Houston for a limited run September 29 through October 4, 2026.
Whether you're introducing your children to Maria and the von Trapp family for the very first time or reliving one of your own childhood favorites, this is the kind of show that's fun to experience together. The production celebrates the musical's 65th anniversary and features all of the songs we know and love, including "Do-Re-Mi," "My Favorite Things," "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," "Edelweiss," and, of course, "The Sound of Music."
Performances will take place at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Houston. Showtimes include evening performances Tuesday through Friday, matinee and evening shows on Saturday, and afternoon and evening performances on Sunday.
