They can be stuffed with cheese, lunch meat, or other sandwich fillings.
Tuna or Chicken Salad
Add zip to the salads by using low-fat cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise, chopped apples, pineapples, or grated carrots. If you like curry dishes, add a dash of curry powder.
Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Mini Bagels with Peanut Butter and Raisins
Two mini bagels or half bagel, spread with peanut butter and raisins. Add cheese stick and cut strawberries.
Wrap salad and diced ham and cheese in a flour tortilla. Supplement with a banana, pudding cup, and 100% fruit juice.
Melt cheese and pizza sauce in a pita bread.
